🌑Toronto will experience a partial solar eclipse, with only a portion of the sun being covered by the moon.
🌒Hamilton and Niagara will have totality during the eclipse, with the sun completely covered by the moon.
🕒The duration of the eclipse will be longer in Niagara, lasting about 3 and a half minutes, compared to Hamilton's 2 and a half minutes.
☀️In Toronto, the eclipse can be watched from any open space in the southwest direction.
🌈Look out for shadow bands, an effect where sunlight hitting the Earth appears to shimmer or race across the ground.
