Why did you choose to recreate the Oompa Loompa songs?

—As someone with hyperfixation tendencies, one of my most notable obsessions growing up was the 2005 Charlie and the Chocolate Factory movie. Recreating the Oompa Loompa songs was a way for me to pay tribute to this childhood love and challenge myself creatively.

Were you able to recreate the songs perfectly?

—Definitely not! I knew from the start that I couldn't match the original versions, but it was all about having fun and embracing imperfections. This project was more about nostalgia and personal enjoyment rather than producing a flawless recreation.

How did you choose the songs to recreate?

—I decided to recreate all four Oompa Loompa songs from the 2005 movie chronologically. They each hold a special place in my heart, and I wanted to capture the essence of each one in my recreation.

What was the most challenging part of this project?

—The most challenging part for me was getting the harmonies and choreography right. I wanted to stay true to the original songs and dances, but it was definitely a learning process. It was a great opportunity for me to improve my singing and performance skills.

What inspired you to create this video?

—My love for the 2005 Charlie and the Chocolate Factory movie inspired me to take on this creative challenge. I wanted to share my passion and nostalgia with others who also hold fond memories of the film. It's been a fulfilling and fun project for me!
