How did you transition from engineering to acting?
—While engineering was my initial career choice, my love for mathematics led me to pursue acting after completing my engineering degree. I took on modeling assignments, which eventually led to opportunities in the film industry.
What inspired you to start a wedding planning business?
—I wanted to explore something beyond acting and have a plan B for my future. With my creative skills and contacts in the industry, starting a wedding planning venture seemed like a natural choice. It allows me to indulge in my creativity and make special moments for couples on their big day.
Do you plan to continue acting alongside your wedding planning business?
—While acting has been a significant part of my life, I believe in living multiple lives within one lifetime. I want to enjoy my acting career while it lasts and then venture into something new. However, I will always be open to acting opportunities that align with my interests and schedule.
How do you manage the challenges of being a woman in the film industry?
—Being a woman in the film industry can be challenging, but I have always believed in proving myself based on my talent and hard work. It's important to stay true to yourself, have confidence in your abilities, and surround yourself with a supportive network. I have faced obstacles, but I have never let them define me or limit my potential.
What advice would you give to aspiring actors and entrepreneurs?
—My advice would be to follow your passion, be open to new opportunities, and have a backup plan in place. Don't be afraid to take risks and explore different paths. Surround yourself with a strong support system and never stop learning and improving your skills. Persistence, hard work, and a positive mindset are key to success in both acting and entrepreneurship.
