My Crochet Journey and Recent Projects

TLDRIn this video, I share the progress I made on my crochet projects, including whales, octopi, and chickens. I also discuss my plans for making more bees and peeps for Easter. Watch to see my latest creations!

Key insights

🐳I finished making a whale, which turned out slightly bigger than the previous one.

🐙I created two octopi using the same yarn as the whales.

🐔I worked on finishing up some chicken projects, which just need the top added.

🐰I plan on making more bunnies, given their popularity for Easter.

🐣I made a cute little peep using velvet yarn and plan on making more in different colors.

Q&A

Do you think the one-strip or two-stripe bee would be more popular?

I'm not sure, but I would love to hear your opinion!

How long does it take to make a sea turtle?

Sea turtles take quite a bit of time due to their many parts, so I may not make more in the near future.

Do you think jellyfish would sell well?

Jellyfish are popular, but they can take some time to make due to their intricate design.

How many crochet items do you plan on making for the market?

My goal is to make at least five bunnies and as many peeps and chickens as I can.

Have you made any keychains?

I haven't had the time to make keychains yet, but I do have decoupage shells as part of my inventory.
