How did you leverage your skills inside and outside of work?

—I had a background in web design and coding, which I continuously developed through my blog and personal projects. I also explored opportunities within my company's digital arm.

What advice do you have for someone looking to transition into the tech industry without a plan?

—Embrace uncertainty and be open to different opportunities. Network with individuals in the industry, do a skills gap analysis to identify areas for development, and continuously learn and research to build your skills and knowledge.
