—We used MSR access 2 tents, which are four-season and durable. They provided shelter from the cold and snow. We also relied on trekking poles for stability during glassing.

—Yes, we spotted a shammy high up in the mountains. It was a stunning sight to see this elusive creature in its natural habitat.
