What inspired you to create a game like Mario Kart?
—I've always loved playing Mario Kart, and I wanted to create a game that captures the fun and competitive spirit of racing games.
How did you design the landscape for the game?
—I used a tool called World Machine to create the landscape. I adjusted the settings and applied different materials to achieve the desired look.
What challenges did you face while implementing the AI movement?
—I had to experiment with different techniques to make the AI characters follow the track smoothly. It took some trial and error, but I eventually found a solution.
Can players customize their controls?
—Currently, players can choose between character-relative turn controls and camera-relative controls. I may add more options in the future.
Are there more items planned for the game?
—Yes, I have ideas for additional items, such as a King Penguin that can bowl through multiple players. I'm open to suggestions from the community as well.
