—It's important to remember that not everyone will like your content, and that's okay. Focus on the positive feedback and the joy it brings you. Ignore and block any trolls or negative comments.

—It's a mix of both. We often have a general idea or concept in mind beforehand, but we also enjoy the spontaneity and creativity of improvising in the moment.
